Douglas Osborne
Co-Founder and Director
BEng (Hons) Building Services Engineering
CMEngNZ, CPEng, MCIBSE
Doug holds a Bachelor Honours Degree in Building Services Engineering and is a Member of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (Engineering NZ) and MCIBSE.
As a Building Services Engineer practicing for over 35 years, Doug has developed a wealth of experience in sustainable building design and low energy strategies. Doug specialises in Leisure centres.
He is known for his proactive approach and passion and has worked on a diverse range of landmark projects for both the public and private sectors.
Leslie Eckard
Co-Founder and Director

Leslie holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and is a Member of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (Engineering NZ). As a Chartered Engineer, Leslie also acts on behalf of Engineering NZ as a Staff Assessor for Engineers seeking to become Professional status or Chartered Engineers. Leslie has significant experience with an impressive project repertoire and an exceptional reputation in the New Zealand industry. Leslie has been in the electrical industry since graduation in 1997 and has gained experience across New Zealand, Europe, Fiji and Samoa.
Carla Eckard
Co-Founder, General Manager and BIM Modeller
BComm Information Systems & Accountancy
Carla holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems and Accountancy and comes from an SAP Consulting and Management background.
Carla's focus is REVIT MEP Modelling and bringing together high quality Documentation for our Project Deliverables. She is Salesoft and A2K Certified and has experience across Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics and Fire engineering drafting services.
Carla has a real mind for Project delivery, Quality of documentation and "Systems and Procedures."
Carla also performs general management and accountancy services.
